It started as just friends. Ben and Zach at a house party in 2010—still teenagers, neither quite ready to name what this was.

Prom night, borrowed confidence. We went together and acted like it was no big deal (it was).

First official date: the movies. The night we stopped calling it “hanging out” and started hoping it meant something.

The brunch where we quietly went public. A small moment that somehow made it real.

Meeting the parents, holiday edition. The first time we felt like a “we” in a room full of family.

Couples workout era. We were trying to be disciplined, but mostly we were just finding excuses to spend more time together.

The big fight. The kind that makes you wonder if love is enough—until you both decide to learn how to do it better.

Reconciliation montage moment. We talked it out, owned our parts, and chose each other again.

The proposal. A simple question, an easy yes, and the start of planning forever.

Happily ever after (so far). After years of growing up together, we’re still choosing each other—now with a party.
